Quickie about everything

The events of the past few weeks...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Manchester United trashed Stoke 5-0(cheers!!), Arsenal lost tamely to Aston Villa 0-2(Hooray! Bye gooners), Hamilton won F1 driver's championship(I'm for Raikonnen, but fair play to Hamilton), Obama became the 1st Black President of USA(3 cheers for Obama...the triumph of the minority!)

As an avid Manchester United fan, nothing's more satisfied to see your biggest rivals crash and in the unlikely scenario of being relegated to a lower division. The so called advocates of beautiful football, Arsenal a.k.a. the gooners are indeed pleasing to the eyes but painful for their supporters. The team can play so beautifully and yet lose the match. As to Hamilton, he won it under ultimately Ferrari-biased situation...yeah he deserved it.

And what's more inspiring to see a new face as the most powerful man in the world. Obama, regardless of what many still think about him, is hugely popular outside the US. If the world were to join in the voting process, Mccain might get a serious trashing with 70% opting for the rookie. It could be said that Bush's unpopularity made Obama's day. I am sincerely hoping for the day the same can be achieved in Malaysia where the candidate is chosen regardless of race.

Can Manchester United be King of Europe again? Yes we can!
Can Malaysia win the world cup? No they can't in this millenium.
Can we believe in Obama's ideas for change? Yes we can!
